Boasting 52 spacious private apartments, Villages’ assisted living community will allow residents to enjoy an independent lifestyle and take confidence in knowing that professional assistance is always nearby. With this peace of mind comes the freedom of flexible dining, purposeful programs, and exploring specialized community areas like The Wine Cellar, the Rhythm & Blues movie theater, or The Fox & Hound lounge, just to name a few.
At the Villages of St. Peters, a sense of independence will be supplemented by professional assistance with everyday activities. Assisted living services are offered in tiers designed to suit individual needs. The first tier of assisted living options, Villages Essential includes the following:
- Medication management
- Meal service – breakfast, lunch & dinner
- Weekly housekeeping & laundry (towels, linens & machine-washable clothes)
- Daily trash removal
- All utilities including satellite television & excluding landline telephone
Villages Plus
Includes everything in the package above, plus:
- Twice daily dressing & personal care
- Assistance with showers three times per week
Villages Complete
Includes everything in the packages above, plus:
- Mobility & transfer assistance
- Incontinence care
